If the goods do not meet your expectations for any reason, you can return it for free unused in its original packaging within 14 days from the delivery. Email our customer service at hello(@)mygoodways.com with your request and order number and we will help you.

We do not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.

If the shipment was delivered damaged, please contact us within 5 days from the delivery at our customer service hello(@)mygoodways.com with enclosed photographs of the damaged goods & box. We will contact you as soon as possible with the solution of the issue.

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and refund your payment. If your shipment has already been sent, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received and processed the item(s).

To exchange your purchase, simply contact our customer service at hello(@)mygoodways.com to create a new order. We will instruct you how to proceed with your return. Your new order will be shipped within 1-4 working days from receiving the returned item.

Due to hygienic conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of used goods. Only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
