  • WHERE ARE OUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

    Our GoodWays products are sourced from the best sources available with sustainability and quality in mind. Every one of our products goes through thorough testing and close communication to make sure they meet your high demands.

    All GoodWays sewn products are produced in the Czech Republic, mainly in Pilsen in cooperation with the Vigvam design workshop.

    Our teas and mixtures of spices and flowers are made in South Moravia in cooperation with the beloved company Bylinca.

    We manufacture our bottles in China, where the highest possible quality and care is ensured for our product, with all materials for production coming from local sources.

    We import GoodFilter activated carbon from Japan directly from the Wakayama region, where this tradition also originates.

    Our bamboo is grown in places where it grows naturally, mainly in Vietnam and China, and is FSC certified.

  • HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY BOTTLE? CAN I PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER?

    Wash your bottle thoroughly before first use. The strainer itself can go in the dishwasher. For safety reasons, we do not recommend putting the GoodGlass glass bottle in the dishwasher. Parts that are made of natural bamboo (lid, GoodWood thermos bottle, etc.) must be washed by hand and DO NOT leave them in water for a long time so that they do not crack or deteriorate in any other way.

  • CAN I POUR HOT OR ICE WATER INTO MY GOODGLASS? CAN I PUT IT IN THE FREEZER?

    Every bottle of GoodGlass it is made of borosilicate glass to withstand extreme temperature changes. You can therefore pour boiling or ice water into it without worry. In addition, borosilicate glass holds the temperature of your drink very well for a longer period of time. Despite the fact that nothing would happen to the glass itself in the freezer, we DO NOT recommend putting your GoodGlass in the freezer, due to the expansion of liquids, the glass could break.

  • IS THE LID WATERPROOF?

    When transferring your bottle, you don't have to worry about the drink leaking into your bag or backpack. Our lids are fully waterproof for most drinks. The exception, which requires extra caution, is fizzy drinks such as beer, lemonade or even kombucha. :) Don't forget to always make sure the lid is screwed on well!

  • HOW SHOULD I CARRY MY BOTTLE?

    You can carry the GoodGlass Thermo and GoodGlass Simple glass bottles or the GoodWood bamboo thermos in a protective felt cover that is specifically designed for them and is sewn in the Czech Republic. The packaging fulfills both a protective and an additional thermal insulation function. GoodFlask Thermo stainless steel thermos bottles have a metal strap attached directly to the lid, which makes it easier to carry. Always make sure that your bottle is well positioned and not loose in the bag or backpack in which you carry it. This will prevent unwanted bumps or falls.

  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

    We use the integrated Shopify Pay payment gateway system, which will take care of fast, safe and reliable money transfers from your bank account and payments by credit card. There is also the option of cash on delivery upon delivery, in this case do not forget to set the website to the local currency. It's just up to you.

  • HOW SECURE ARE PURCHASES ON YOUR SITE? IS MY DATA PROTECTED?

    Your safety is of course very important to us, which is why we use the services of experts and the latest measures to protect your data.

  • WILL YOU SEND ME AN INVOICE?

    As soon as you complete the order, we will automatically send you an invoice to the specified e-mail. If you order goods on cash on delivery, you will first receive only the so-called proforma invoice to the e-mail mentioned above. The invoice itself is issued and sent to your e-mail only a few days after the payment of the order to the courier or delivery company.

  • WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

    In order to ensure the delivery of your order in the fastest and easiest way possible, we use the services of DPD for delivery directly to your home or office (within 1-3 days) and the company Zásilkovna for collection at delivery points (within 1-3 days).

    Why Zasiklovna? Their fees are unbeatable, and they operate over 100,000 points of sale in 34 countries. If you choose the option of personal collection at the Zásilkovna branch, your parcel will wait for you there for up to 2 weeks if necessary. There is also a new option to pick up the parcel in Z-Boxes from the Post Office, please note that in this case the parcels are kept in the boxes for a maximum of 1-2 days.

    If you are from Brno and want to save on postage, you can use personal collection at our GoodPlace office at Radnická 11. After choosing this option, we will contact you at the e-mail address provided and together we will agree on a suitable day and time.
