  • Where are our products made?

    Our GoodWays products come from the best available sources with a focus on sustainability and quality. Behind each of our products is thorough testing and close communication to ensure they meet your high standards.

    All sewn products GoodWays are made in the Czech Republic, mainly in Plzeň, in collaboration with the Vigvam design workshop.

    Our teas and blends of spices and flowers are produced in South Moravia in collaboration with the beloved company Bylinca.

    Our bottles and boxes are manufactured in China, where the highest possible quality and care for our product is ensured, with all materials sourced locally.

    GoodFilter activated charcoal is imported from Japan, directly from the Wakayama region, where this tradition originates.

    Our bamboo is grown in areas where it naturally thrives, mainly in Vietnam and China, and is FSC certified.

  • CAN FOOD AND DRINK PRODUCTS GO IN THE DISHWASHER?

    It is important to mention that before the first use, any product that comes into contact with food or drinks must be thoroughly washed.

    GoodGlass We do not recommend placing the glass bottle in the dishwasher for safety reasons. 

    Any parts made from natural bamboo (GoodFlask or GoodGlass lid, GoodWood thermos bottle or lid for GoodBox) should be washed by hand and DO NOT LEAVE them in water for an extended period to prevent cracking or other damage.

    Stainless steel strainers for GoodGlass and GoodFlask as well as GoodBox separator and GoodStraw straws made of stainless steel can go in the dishwasher. 

    We do not recommend placing the stainless steel part of GoodBox lunch boxes, GoodFlask bottles, and GoodCup in the dishwasher. By washing by hand, we can prevent damage to the color.

  • DOES THE GOODBOX BOX SEAL WELL?

    GoodBox is perfect for storing food in the fridge or for carrying solid meals. The bamboo lid is equipped with a silicone seal to ensure a secure closure and prevent leakage, however, we recommend carrying the container horizontally. The container is not the best choice for transporting liquids, such as soups.

  • What type of stainless steel are your products made from?

    The type of stainless steel used to make our products is 18/8, also known as SS 304.

  • WHERE CAN I PERSONALLY FIND GOODWAYS PRODUCTS?

    We understand that sometimes it's good to see products in person for a clearer idea, which is why we've put together a few options where you can meet our products face-to-face:

    1. Visit us in Brno: We invite you to our GoodPlace office, where you can personally check out our products. We don't have regular opening hours, so please contact us in advance to make sure we don't miss each other. We look forward to meeting you!
    2. Find us at Place Store: You can find our nearly complete range in the beautiful stores of the “Place Store” chain, which are spread across the country. Check out their store locator and find your nearest branch.
    3. Gratitude Journal can be found in local bookstores in Brno and Slovakia: Our Gratitude Journal is available at the bookstore Martinus, which has a beautiful store in Brno, as well as at several other locations in Slovakia. It will soon be available in bookstores across the country.

  • HOW DO I CLEAN MY BOTTLE? CAN I PUT IT IN THE DISHWASHER? 

    Before first use, wash your bottle thoroughly. The strainer itself can go in the dishwasher. For safety reasons, we do not recommend placing the glass bottle GoodGlass in the dishwasher. Parts made from natural bamboo (lid, GoodWood thermal bottle, etc.) should be washed by hand and NOT LEFT in water for long periods to prevent cracking or other damage.

  • CAN I POUR HOT OR ICE WATER INTO MY GOODGLASS? CAN I PUT IT IN THE FREEZER?

    Each bottle GoodGlass is made from borosilicate glass to withstand extreme temperature changes. You can safely pour boiling or icy water into it. Borosilicate glass also retains the temperature of your drink for a longer time. Although the glass itself would not be harmed in the freezer, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND putting your GoodGlass in the freezer, as the expansion of liquids could cause the glass to crack.

  • IS THE LID WATERPROOF?

    When carrying your bottle, you don't have to worry about your drink spilling into your bag or backpack. Our caps are fully waterproof for most beverages. The exception that requires extra caution includes carbonated drinks like beer, sodas, or kombucha. :) Don't forget to always make sure that the cap is tightly screwed on!

  • HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BOTTLE?

    Glass GoodGlass Thermo and GoodGlass Simple bottles or the bamboo thermos GoodWood can be carried in a protective felt case, which is specifically designed for them and is sewn in the Czech Republic. The case serves both a protective and an additional thermal insulation function. GoodFlask Thermo stainless steel thermoses have a metal loop attached directly to the lid, making it easier to carry. Always make sure that your bottle is well placed in the bag or backpack in which you are carrying it and is not loose. This will prevent unwanted bumps or falls.

  • The silicone seal came off the bottle cap. Is that a problem?

    Our products are designed primarily with functionality and hygiene in mind. Each part is intentionally created to be removable for easier washing and maintenance. This includes the silicone seal, which does not contain harmful bisphenols. The seal may exceptionally come loose on its own and needs to be reinserted into the lid. This does not affect its functionality. If you want the seal to fit back into the lid properly, we recommend using a narrow object, such as the handle of a spoon. If you have any issues, feel free to contact us.

  • I CAN'T GET THE STRAINER PROPERLY INSERTED INTO THE BOTTLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT IT?

    The strainer that comes with the bottle GoodGlass Thermo, GoodGlass Simple and GoodWood, has been carefully selected to fit perfectly into your bottle. Each bottle is unique, so the strainers are not always the same. This means that your strainer may require a slight adjustment to achieve that satisfying 'click' it’s designed for. Just adjust the position of the small steel tabs on the sides of the strainer that hold it to the bottle.

  • CAN I BUY A SINGLE BOTTLE OR CAP?

    Do you need to replace a lost or damaged lid? Or do you already have a lid and just want to order the bottle? No problem! We offer both separately at a reduced price, just click on the links below.

  • HOW DOES RETURNING OR EXCHANGING GOODS WORK FOR YOU?

  • WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT CAN I USE?

    We use the integrated payment gateway system Shopify Pay, which ensures quick, safe, and reliable transfers from your bank account and credit card payments. There is also the option to pay cash on delivery when you receive the package, so don't forget to set the website to the local currency in this case. It's entirely up to you.

  • HOW ARE PURCHASES SECURED ON YOUR PAGES? ARE MY DATA PROTECTED?

    Your safety is of course very important to us, which is why we use the services of experts and the latest measures to protect your data.

  • CAN YOU SEND ME THE INVOICE?

    Once you complete your order, we will automatically send you an invoice to the provided email. If you are ordering goods with cash on delivery, you will first receive only a so-called proforma invoice to the provided email. The actual invoice is issued and sent to your email a few days after you pay the order to the courier or Zásilkovna.

  • WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

    To ensure your order is delivered as quickly and easily as possible, we use the services of DPD for delivery directly to your home or to your office (within 1-3 days) and Zásilkovna for pickup at collection points (within 1-3 days).

    Why Zásilkovna? Their fees are unbeatable, plus they operate over 100,000 collection points in 34 countries. If you choose the option for personal pickup at a Zásilkovna branch, your package will be waiting for you there for up to 2 weeks if needed. There is also a new option to pick up your package at Z-Boxes from Zásilkovna, please note that in this case, packages are stored in the boxes for a maximum of. 1-2 days.

    If you are from Brno and want to save on shipping, you can take advantage of personal pickup at our GoodPlace office at Radnická 11. Once you choose this option, we will contact you at the provided email to agree on a suitable day and time.

  • CAN I PURCHASE A LARGER QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS FOR MY BUSINESS AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE?
