Your satisfaction is our top priority! We want you to love your GoodWays products just as much as we do, and we aim to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible, even in the case of returns or complaints.

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund your money. If the order has already been shipped, we will refund you as soon as we receive the goods back from you (see point 1 regarding returns). 1 regarding returns).

Damaged shipment

If the shipment arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, no later than within 5 days of receiving it at hello(@)mygoodways.com with attached photos of the damaged goods, and possibly the box in which the goods were delivered.

Product returns

If you wish to return goods due to a manufacturing defect that only became apparent after use, please contact us at hello(@)mygoodways.com and send us your order number, or the order date or the name of the person who placed the order, so we can locate the order. To speed up communication, please also attach photos of the returned goods along with information on how the damage occurred.

Returns or exchanges of goods

If for any reason the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them unused in their original packaging at our expense within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us at hello(@)mygoodways.com with your request for a return or exchange, including your order number, and we will send you further instructions. In most cases, you just need to bring the package along with the printed label to the nearest Zásilkovna branch, and they will take care of sending it back to us. Upon receiving the shipment, we will either refund you in full or send a new product within 1-4 business days, depending on which option you chose.
