Your satisfaction is our first priority! We want you to love your GoodWays products as much as we do and to make your contact with us as pleasant as possible, even in the case of a return or complaint.

Cancel an order

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll cancel it and send you your money back. If the order has already been sent, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the goods back from you (see point no. 1 regarding returns).

Damaged shipment

If the shipment arrived damaged , contact us as soon as possible, no later than 5 days after receiving it at hello(@)mygoodways.com with attached photos of the damaged goods, or the box in which the goods were delivered.

Complaint goods

If you wish to claim a product due to a manufacturing defect that only became apparent after use, contact us at hello(@)mygoodways.com and send us your order number, or the date of the order or the name of the person ordering, so that we can trace the order. To speed up communication, also attach photos of the claimed goods along with information on how the damage occurred.

Return or exchange of goods

If for some reason the goods do not meet your expectations, you can return them at our expense or exchange them unused in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. Contact us at hello(@)mygoodways.com with a request to return or exchange goods with your order number and we will send you further instructions. In most cases, simply bring the package together with the printed label to the nearest Post Office branch and they will take care of sending it back to us. After receiving the shipment, we will either refund you in full or send a new product within 1-4 working days, depending on which option you chose.
