What is a Gratitude Journal?
It is a space where you can stop for a while, reflect and appreciate the small moments that make our life interesting.
It contains a total of 90 pages of gratitude writing, so if you write honestly every day, it will last you 3 months. The next 60 pages are full of simple exercises, techniques and quotes to guide you on your way to gratitude.
By spending just three minutes each day noting these moments, you're not only creating a collection of happy memories, you're also training your mind to focus on the positive . Over time, this can lead to reduced stress levels, improved sleep , and even an overall improvement in your mental health.
