The Golden Milk spice blend is intended for preparing the traditional Ayurvedic drink of the same name, which has been used in Southeast Asia for its beneficial effects for centuries.

Instructions for preparing Turmeric latte drink
Add 250 ml of milk, 1.5 teaspoons of the spice blend, 1 teaspoon of ghee/coconut oil to a pot, bring to a boil, and let simmer for a few minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey/date syrup. Cheers!
