The Golden Milk spice blend is designed for preparing the traditional Ayurvedic drink of the same name, which has been used in Southeast Asia for its beneficial effects for centuries.
According to current EU legislation on herbs and herbal products, we are not allowed to provide more detailed information that could give the impression of a health or therapeutic effect of the herbs - even though these herbs have been used for hundreds of years and have helped millions of people. We must no longer mention even the scientifically proven effects of herbs unless they are registered medications by a pharmaceutical company.
Instructions for preparing Turmeric latte drink
Add 250 ml of milk, 1.5 teaspoons of spice mix, and 1 teaspoon of ghee/coconut oil to the pot, bring to a boil, and let it simmer for a few minutes. Mix and sweeten with honey/date syrup. Cheers!
